Our Interdisciplinary Assessment

You know your child best; we’re here to listen, understand, and help.

We know how overwhelming it can feel when you're trying to figure out how best to support your child, especially when you’re not sure where to start. That’s why our interdisciplinary assessment is often the first step. This process brings together a speech-language pathologist (SLP) and a board-certified behaviour analyst (BCBA) to get a full picture of your child’s strengths and support needs. We meet your child exactly where they’re at — without pressure or expectations — and look at communication, behaviour, play, social skills, and how they engage in everyday routines. Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on building a plan that feels right for your family. You don’t have to figure it out alone, we’re here to walk alongside you.

Curious if this is the right first step? Book a free consultation — we’d love to get to know you and your child

Bringing together the best of speech-language pathology (SLP) & applied behaviour analysis (ABA).

A Venn diagram comparing Speech Language Pathology and Applied Behaviour Analysis. Speech Language Pathology focuses on supporting individuals with communication challenges, including language, speech, literacy, and fluency. Applied Behaviour Analysis aims to help learners by identifying barriers and developing teaching strategies to overcome communication barriers, language delays, and barriers to learning. The overlap emphasizes addressing communication and learning difficulties to increase functional communication and language acquisition. The diagram features four images of women, one in a red blazer, one in a blue blouse, another in a patterned top, and a small group of two women smiling.
