Burlington Autism Therapy: ABA & Speech Together
No waitlist - now enrolling for August 2026, can start within 2 weeks
While many Burlington families are told to expect months of waiting, our team has space for your child today. Every child who comes to Elemenoe is seen by both a speech-language pathologist and a behaviour analyst from the very first assessment, not months later once one report gets passed to another provider.
We're passionate about providing autism and ABA services with full heart. What makes Elemenoe different
A lot of clinics use the word collaborative. At Elemenoe, it's how we start.
From your child's very first assessment, our SLP and behaviour analyst are in the room together. That means one team, one shared plan, and no waiting for a speech report to reach the behaviour team, or the other way around. Your child's communication and behaviour goals are built side by side, because that's how they actually show up in real life.
We believe that's the way good autism care should work. It's why we started Elemenoe in the first place.
Immediate spaces available for our collaborative autism services (ABA + SLP) in Burlington, Ontario and we’d love to meet your family!

M.S., CCC-SLP, Reg. CASLPO, Speech-Language Pathologist
I lead a team of collaborative professionals and truly enjoy my work with children, youth, and their families. Our team is passionate, mission-driven, and committed to continued learning and growth.
I hold a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with over 10 years’ experience supporting clients with language delays, motor speech concerns, stuttering, social language difficulties, and empowering families. I also have a special interest in literacy and working with clients across the lifespan helping them to read and write. I am committed to providing evidence-based, relevant treatment.
As a mom of two wonderful girls, my passion for this work continues to grow as I live and breathe the values of Elemenoe in my daily life. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my girls hiking, swimming, or cuddled up reading a book!

MSc. BCBA, (she/her)
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10-years of experience using applied behaviour analysis (ABA) with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings. I am passionate about providing evidence-informed therapy services that result in meaningful changes for children and their family.I have a special interest in early intervention and developing school readiness skills. I believe that interdisciplinary collaboration should be one of the founding principles in any intervention plan, which has led to the creation of Elemenoe.
As a mom of two, I understand the importance of the work that we do at Elemenoe and strive to make learning fun, develop practical goals and empower parents to be the best advocate for their children.

Hi, I'm Nicole! I have a background in Child and Youth Care and years of experience working with kids of all ages who have a range of developmental, behavioural, and learning needs. I'm trained in ABA and PEAK programming, and I've spent time working alongside SLP and OT teams in school settings, which is where I really came to understand the value of a collaborative approach.
I'm bilingual in English and Polish, and I'm certified in crisis intervention and First Aid. I bring a warm, child-centred approach to everything I do, and I truly love getting to know each child I work with!
At elemenoe, we prioritize the safety and privacy of our staff, which is why we choose to keep their last names confidential. This policy helps protect our team members from potential scams and fraudulent activities, which we have unfortunately encountered in the past. By safeguarding their personal information, we create a secure environment that allows our staff to focus on providing the best care and support to our clients.

I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Arts in Behaviour Analysis from Ball State University. I have over 10 years of experience and truly enjoy seeing clients learn new skills and feel more confident in their abilities!
I’m particularly passionate about honoring how a client may be feeling on any given day and giving them the skills to express that in a safe way. This will help them be available for both learning and skill development.
When I am not at the clinic, you can usually find me enjoying outdoor activities and going on adventures with my daughter!

Hi, I’m Sarah! I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2021, where I pursued a degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminology. Through my co-operative education experience, I supported adults with developmental disabilities with concurrent disorders, where I developed a deep appreciation for person-centred, strengths-based care.
I have previous experience working as a community consultant, supporting individuals in community living settings to build independence, enhance life skills, and achieve meaningful personal goals. In my previous role within an Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) setting, I worked with children with autism, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, evidence-based support.
My long-term goal is to pursue clinical counselling, continuing to deepen my knowledge and expand my ability to support individuals across the lifespan.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the summer. I’m also an avid fan of true crime documentaries and books.
