Elemenoe Autism Program: Collaborative SLP & ABA

Bringing together the best of speech-language pathology (SLP) & Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to create individualized programming for our clients and their families. It’s a truly collaborative approach created in a purposeful and creative manner.

Our Program Offers:

  • Clinicians are able to communicate about your child’s needs on an ongoing basis. This ensures consistency in responding to your child’s behaviours across therapists and that changes can be quickly communicated amongst team members.

  • Clinicians work together to ensure your child’s treatment plan is both comprehensive and efficient. Every area of development is addressed and targeted by the clinical team.

  • Clinicians are able to easily “pull in another set of eyes” by requesting a consultation from another discipline, as needed.

  • Clinicians will provide coaching to parents through shared resources and empowerment sessions.

    Our Speech-Language Pathologist will join you and your child to complete our “Let’s Get Talking” series within your first two months of service.

    These sessions will provide you with knowledge and resources to encourage your child’s speech and language skills at home.

  • Trained autism therapists will provide 1:1 therapy to help your child meet their individualized therapy goals.

  • Trained autism therapists will facilitate small group learning opportunities throughout your child's session to help them learn the skills they need to be successful in the classroom and at home.

Program Includes

• 50-minute appointment
• Joint Assessment with SLP & BCBA
• Consultation follow-up meeting with parents and clinicians

Interdisciplinary Assessment

• Development of individualized curriculum

Our One-Time Program Set-Up Fee

• Targets a limited number of goals including: skill acquisition and behaviour reduction.
• Programming is 6-12 hours per week.

• All supervision costs are included (SLP + BCBA).

Focused Intervention

• Targets a number of goals including: skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Programming is 12 or more
hours per week.

• All supervision costs are included (SLP + BCBA).

Intensive Intervention

We are an approved provider of the Ontario Autism Program and are knowledgeable on various funding options. We are passionate about connecting families with the right resources in our community.
