At Elemenoe, we believe communication is more than words — it’s connection, joy, and being truly seen.
Founded by clinicians and mothers Brittany Clark and Shawna Fleming, our practice integrates Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and psychotherapy to support children with autism, speech delays, and developmental differences.
We don’t aim to “fix” children. Instead, we honour their unique ways of communicating and connecting, offering therapy that is inclusive, playful, and rooted in respect.
With clinics in Uptown Waterloo and Burlington, we offer evidence-based, play-focused, and compassionate ABA, speech therapy, and psychotherapy services for children and families.

We are a group of dedicated professionals from various disciplines. We were founded by two mothers, with over a decade of experience and more importantly, who have been in your shoes. Our team pours their hearts into what they do; we make meaningful, lasting relationships with our clients and love to see everyone learn and grow in their own way.
