Course Outline
Course Content: Sneak Peek
-
Build confidence supporting your child’s communication by learning what to focus on, what to say, and how to practise in real life.
This 4-part series helps parents of young children better understand the difference between speech (how words sound) and language (how we understand and use words to connect). You’ll learn practical, evidence-informed strategies to expand your child’s language skills through everyday routines and activities like meals, play, getting dressed, and bedtime. Each part includes clear explanations and video models so you can see what the strategies look like, not just read about them. By the end, you’ll have a simple toolkit you can use day-to-day to support more connection, more understanding, and more back-and-forth communication at home.
