Meet the Burlington Team

Brittany Clark, Speech-Language Pathologist, Owner
  • M.S., CCC-SLP, Reg. CASLPO, Speech-Language Pathologist

I lead a team of collaborative professionals and truly enjoy my work with children, youth, and their families. Our team is passionate, mission-driven, and committed to continued learning and growth.

I hold a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with over 10 years’ experience supporting clients with language delays, motor speech concerns, stuttering, social language difficulties, and empowering families. I also have a special interest in literacy and working with clients across the lifespan helping them to read and write. I am committed to providing evidence-based, relevant treatment.

As a mom of two wonderful girls, my passion for this work continues to grow as I live and breathe the values of Elemenoe in my daily life. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my girls hiking, swimming, or cuddled up reading a book!

Shawna Fleming, Behaviour Analyst, Owner
  • MSc. BCBA, (she/her)

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10-years of experience using applied behaviour analysis (ABA) with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings. I am passionate about providing evidence-informed therapy services that result in meaningful changes for children and their family.

I have a special interest in early intervention and developing school readiness skills. I believe that interdisciplinary collaboration should be one of the founding principles in any intervention plan, which has led to the creation of Elemenoe.

As a mom of two, I understand the importance of the work that we do at Elemenoe and strive to make learning fun, develop practical goals and empower parents to be the best advocate for their children.

I’m a speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience practicing in the GTA. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on working with children and their families, providing the support they need at every stage of their journey.

My goal is to offer evidence-based treatment, while also empowering families with the education and resources they need to help their child’s development. I truly value collaboration, not just with families, but also with other dedicated professionals, working together to create coordinated care plans.

Joining Elemenoe is an exciting step in my career, and I’m committed to continuing to provide high-quality, client-centred care to the children and families with whom I work.

  • (she/her)

Hi, I’m Jenna! I’m currently an Honours student at Humber Polytechnic, working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Sciences. Throughout my schooling, I’ve developed a strong interest in mental health and human behaviour, which has been further shaped by my hands-on experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities. My work has primarily focused on dual diagnosis care, where I’ve gained valuable insight into the complexities of co-occurring mental health and developmental conditions.

I’m deeply committed to building a career in mental health support and plan to pursue further studies in psychology and counselling. My long-term goal is to work in a clinical setting where I can make a meaningful impact by integrating both academic knowledge and real-world experience.

Outside of my professional and academic life, I love spending time with my friends and family. I also prioritize my physical health and stay active by going to the gym!

At elemenoe, we prioritize the safety and privacy of our staff, which is why we choose to keep their last names confidential. This policy helps protect our team members from potential scams and fraudulent activities, which we have unfortunately encountered in the past. By safeguarding their personal information, we create a secure environment that allows our staff to focus on providing the best care and support to our clients.
